Essay

Dissertation is devoted to genetic analysis of four short-stem rye (Secale cereale L.) population for genetically monomorphous and polymorphous characters. One additive and two semi-dominant genes for controlling of stem heit, three secalins genes, two beta-amylase and seven esterase genes were identificated. Studing the frequency dynamics of the alleles and genotypes for genes beta-amylase, esterase, secalins allows to localize short-stem genes in chromosomes through the lincage with biochemical genes.
