Tereshchenko N. Information service of the foreign students with university library

The thesis is devoted to a complex research of information service problem of foreign students. Studying of foreign students' information providing peculiarities allowed to define main priorities in the activity of university library: forming the documental-information resources; improvement of the foreign students' servicing process with considerating their social and psychological particularities.The model of information support of the foreign students is proposed, which is a basis for forming establishment of uniform information environment in level of university libraries in Ukraine and foreign. This will permit rapid and qualitative satisfying the information needs of the foreign students, which assists influence receiving new knowledge and qualitative professional education.
