Essay

Dissertation is dedicated to the morphological and functional explanation of the placenta and fetal membranes structural changes and its vessel flow as well as the state of glomus system. It has been established that the fetus grow retardation is accompanied by the deep and progressive increasing of distrophic, necrobiotic changes in placenta cells. In fetus grow retardation pathogenesis the signifficant role belongs to the morphological placenta changes, placental blood circulation, hemobaroreceptor glomus regulation occuring on the background of blood circulation disturbance. By morphological placental changis and its glomus system histological and ultramicroscopic structures, responsible for placenta trophic, change ces well. In leads to development of fetus chronic hypoxia and hypotrophy.
