Radeva M. The mechanism of forming policy of diversification of enterprise in the terms of transformation policy

The thesis is devoted for intercourse and improvement of theoretical bases, methodical approaches and practical recommendations concerning the forming a policy of diversification of enterprise in the conditions of transformation economy.Basic principals of strategic development of enterprises of Ukraine had been exposed. A role of diversification is defined as one of directions of the development, that allows to the enterprise to work efficiently in the competition environment.The choice of diversification direction is based on estimation of factors, thad had been arranged and classified, as a hieratic structure on purpose, level, direction and object. Proved, that necessities of state one of major factors of diversification are, which have argued the necessity of forming a state policy in area of diversification. The system of state support of diversification, have been developed, which allowing to work more effective by and less risky.Conception of diversification management on enterprise, being the system of views on the motive forces and methods of achievement of purpose of enterprise through the methodological ground of forming is offered, implementation and estimation the policy of diversification. A mechanism of forming a policy of diversification is developed, as an aggregate of methods and facilities of choice of directions of development of enterprise on the basis of diversification.The improved model of choice of competition strategy for every unit " product-market", enabling depending on purpose and combination of key factors to choose strategy of maximal achievement of purpose.The analyze of competitiveness of enterprises is improved, which allows to define market possibilities of enterprise taking into account the present jurisdictions of enterprise and tendencies of market development.A necessity and possibility of implementation of policy of diversification on the industrial enterprises is grounded, has been defined forecast socially - economic effect from introduction of policy of diversification.
