Theoretical basis of study of the specialized agroindustrial complex (the viticulture and wine making complex) in the marketing condition were considered in work. Transformational processes of rearrangement of the structure and the territorial organization of the viticulture and wine making complex of Crimea in condition of the transition to the marketing economy were defined. A hypothesis for essence of phenomen expressed in terms of the territorial model of the viticulture and wine making system (the territorial cluster subdivision) which is a geographical model of advanced development of the viticulture and wine making complex of Crimea in condition of the marketing economy was created.
