In the present work changes of morpho-functional characteristics of erythrocytes after submaximal physical loads in trained and sedentary people have been shown. It has been demonstrated that percentage of echinocytes I, echinocytes II and ovaloechynocytes I-II was increased in trained people in contrast to sedentary people. The amount of echinocytes I and echinocytes II was increased after physical loads in comparison with the one before submaximal physical loads in trained people. The percentage of echinocytes I, echinocytes II, shistocytes and degmacytes was increased after submaximal physical loads in sedentary people. Visible area, contour length, maximal and minimum diameter of erytrocytes were increased after exercise in sportsmen and sedentary people that indicates decrease in their volume. There was a shift to the right of Price-Jones curve after submaximal physical loads in the majority of trained and sedentary people.
