Reva V. The results of sanatorium treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases forecasting

Research subjects: 560 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases (COPD). Research objectives: to develop the formalized system of sanatorium treatment (ST) of patients with COPD direct results forecasting. Methods: ordering and formalization of forecasting concepts, logic and mathematical methods of models construction, common medical investigation methods for the lung diseases patients, mathematical methods. Theoretical and practical results: the system of parameters for ST results forecasting of patients with COPD research is generated, original rules of qualitative and quantitative values of research parameters formalization are offered. The system of categories for direct results of ST forecasting which includes three gradation - safe, incomplete safe and unsuccessful result is submitted. Data on dependence of ST direct results from an initial condition of patients with COPD are received. The estimation of medical factors which are used on a resort in patients with COPD efficiency is given. Mathematical models of decision-making on the forecast patients with COPD of ST direct results are developed. Novelty: for the first time have been established initial constitutional, anamnestic and clinico-functional factors that influence on patients with COPD result ST; for the first time the decision-making mathematical models on the forecast of patients with COPD ST direct results are developed. Implementation: articles, theses, methodical recommendations. Effect: increase of ST efficiency in 2,2 times. Sphere, sector of implementation: medicine.
