Об'єкт дослідження - the social and psychological climat of the militia"s staff. Об'єкт дослідження - the social and psychological climate (SPC) of the militia's staff. Мета дослідження - the substantiation of some theoretical and experimental bases of analysis, the formation and the improvement the SPC of staff OBD and the diagnostic and academic complex, which direct to the study and the development abilities and skills of the interaction without conflicts. Методи дослідження - the analysis, synthesis, generalization, design, comparison; analysis of documents, conversation, supervision, method of expert estimations, questionnaire, tests, statistical metods. Наукова новизна - the opportunity of use the psychological knowledges on the diagnostic of state and dynamic of the SPC of the militia's staff, the psychological principle of the selection and the use methodics on study social and psychological relations of the staff are substantiated; the measures of the improvement the SPC of the staff are appointed. Практичне значення - the requests of professional action to the SPC are appointed for successful decision of official tasks; the system, structure and methods of psychological preparation of the militia's staff are created.Предмет і ступінь впровадження - it is approved on the conferences and seminars, it is published in collections. Ефективність впровадження - the positive estimation of application of results of dissertation research, marked in the acts of introduction. Сфера використання - the activity of the practical psychologists of the police staff, studies of the higher educational establishment of Ministry of Internal affairs of Ukraine.
