Meytus V. Political Party Management as a Social-Philosophical Problem

The social - philosophical problem of political parties management are researched in Thesis. Been proposed new category "strategy sphere of influence" (SSI) which allow more effective function of political parties in Ukraine includes social particularities of electorate. A new term 'management architectonic' of political parties been used, which determine the structure and parties management dynamics, functional and procedural management, organizational culture, values and principles which determine the party functioning. Architectonics connected with availability of strategy subdivisions in management system, development of political organizations structures, development of political organizations and movements under control and support of the party. The main dissertation concepts can be used as a theoretical background in the investigation of nowadays political parties phenomena and analyses of their activity in Ukraine for optimism process cooperation of parties and different social instruction.
