Essay

Object of researches: poultry salmonellosis. The purpose: study of agent biological properties, diagnostics and therapeutical-prophylaxis means for salmonellosis control in flocks' farms. Methods of researches: epizootological, clinical, pathologoanatomical, bacteriological, serological, immunochemical and statistical. Theoretical and practical outcomes: It was determined the wide spread nonhost-adapted salmonellas, especially S.enteritidis, such were characterized high level of antibiotic-and-thermotolerant, and the pathogenicity of S.enteritidis for grown-up hens. Novelty: For the first time it was received data about nonhost-adapted salmonellas circulation in poultry farms of Charkiv's, Dnepropetrovsk's regions and Crime. It was developed method of salmonellas express indication (Dot Immune-Enzyme Analysis Method). It was for the first time determined at laboratory and working environments conditions the high level of medical effectiveness of chlorhexidinebigluconate and decametoxin at the poultrysalmonellosis. Degree of application: normative documentation at components' kit for the express identification of salmonellas by Dot Immune-Enzyme Analysis Method (ТУ У 24.4-00497087-019:2005). Sphere of usage: veterinary medicine, poultry.
