Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the problem of substantiation of the ways of efficiency in formation and the using of human resources of agrarian sector of economics and formulating of practical recommendations as to their improvements. Essence, character and maintenance are definited of labour resource. Peculiarity of agriculture labour conditions is researched under the conditions of new property relations in rural area. Conditions and efficiency of labour resources are analyzed by statistic and economic methods. Labour resource formatting and using mechanism in new property conditions are difinited Intending quantity of labour population and level of labour time using are forecasted. Method of labour resources quantity definition in dependence of production labour level is worked out. Ways of labour resources efficiency with the help of restructurization processes improving and new financial stimulation system of agriculture workers applicating are worked out and well grounded.
