Essay

The thesis deals with the improvement of growing white clover tehnology in the zone Polissya with the purpose of getting stable seed crops (200-250 kg/ha). The paper gives the comparative evaluation of zonal white clover varieties in Ukraine, and those thet underwent state variety testing according to characteristics which influence its yielding seed capacity.The paper proves that national standards are not inferior to newly developed varieties. It has been revealed that the best cover crop for the early spring subcover seeding of whithe clover is oats for green fodder with the seedeng rate of 2 mln germinated Seeds. In the subcover seedings the optimum white clover seeding rate makes up 3 mln. The paper investigates the main desicants for white clover seedings and establishes application hoses.Quite new tehnologican methods of crops seedings were developed. According to the results of the investigations the improved tehnology of grooving white clover for seeds were developed and recommended to the production.
