Yegorova Y. The beginning peculiarities and development tendencies of corporate sector in transition economy

The object is the building and development processes of corporate sector in transformational economy. The purpose of work is theoretical determination of essence, structure and role of the corporate sector in transformational economy, the buildings particularities and development tendencies. Methods of structurally functional, systematic structurally, logically historical analysis and economic models are used. The corporate sector's structure was built in order to dual principle. Basis on the analysis indexes the criteria of development corporate sector in transformational economy is chosen the share in net operating surplus, mixed income. The transformational model of corporate sector is specified. The inverse character of changes corporate goals in condition of transformation is established. It is shown, that the factorial role of corporate sector didn't realize completely. The systematization and subordination of corporate sector's model have been done. Theoretical application: in educational process in courses "Fundamentals of economics", "Macroeconomics", "Corporate management", "National economy; practical - specification of programs and measures of stabilization Ukrainian economy.
