. Processes of management of cost of the building project. Improvement of process of management of cost at different stages of realization of the project. The forecasting models of financial resources movement on the preinvestment stage of the project realization are received. On the basis of the normative approach to formation of the cost price of contract works the technique of financial resources planning is developed according to the structure of the project expenses. The methods of the control of the project cost are advanced which allow fulfilling a complex estimation of financial resources use for the certain time interval taking into account the information on the scheduled and actual diagram of the contract works performance, budget and actual expenses. On the basis of the analysis of expenses the technique of expenses planning is offered. The results of scientific investigation are implemented and used at Center of marketing researches in building „Sozidatel” LTD “Dneprostroy” and at JSC “Koksohimteplomontag”, JSC „Dnipromehanomontag”.
