Essay

The expediency of management by rural migrations on the basis of motives of behaviour of the population is proved. The model of formation system of migratory intentions of the person is offered. The model of the mechanism of regulation of migratory processes of agricultural population which is based on the account of motives of behaviour of agricultural population is offered. Introduction of the offered mechanism provides achievement of the basic purpose of migratory politics - transformations of chaotic movings of agricultural population to operated migratory process.
