Korogod N. Organization and pedagogic terms of the scientific and methodical work system management in technicum.

The dissertational study is devoted to the problem of creation of organizational and pedagogical conditions for managing the system of scientific and methodical work in a technicum. The system, under favorable organization and pedagogic conditions of management, will provide the upgrade of professional qualification and the high-quality training of pedagogues in a technicum. The scientific and methodical work system was developed and well-founded, the organization and pedagogic conditions of its managing were revealed. The organizational conditions include the availability in a technicum of: management conceptions of the scientific and methodical work system, an optimal material and technical base, developed and well-founded structure and functional model of the scientific and methodical work system and organizational model of its efficient management. The pedagogic conditions include: the renovation of the scientific and methodic work content, development of its scientific and methodical provision; performing the research work by teachers; development of the effective methods of the scientific and methodic work diagnosis. The appropriateness of the use of the developed models was proved.
