Dissertation is established on the ideological component of reasons and courses of the political terror of the Soviet regime against the scientific workers. The ideological content of the legislative basis of political repressions is investigated, the influence of ideological factor on the activity of special and justiciary organs is considered. It is analised the forms and methods of propaganda work.
