Object of research: ecological-economical mechanism of economic and trade subjects' relations at the level of settlements. Aim of research: theoretical and methodical bases' improvement of economic mechanism's functioning of economic and trade subjects' relations, arising up at the level of settlements, on the basis of ecological-economical estimations of influence on the environmental state. Methods of research: comparative, system-structural, formal-logical, economical-statistical and methods of design and prognostication. Theoretical and practical results and novelty: improvement of theoretical and scientifical-methodical approaches to optimization of ecological-economical relations arising up between the economic and trade subjects' at territorial level. Subject and level of integration: recommendations on improvement of theoretical-methodical approaches to ecological-economical damage's determination of economic and trade relations; recommendations on determination of socio-economic equilibrium bid-asked and planning of point-of-sale network placing. Sphere (sector) of using: planning of point-of-sale network placing at state and regional levels.
