Dorosh M. System aspects, methods and models of information processes in management of innovation projects

Dissertation is devoted to the decision of scientific task of development of the main methods and models of information process in management of innovation projects. Scientific novelty: first developed process-directed model of management of innovation projects for system moderation of parameters of electroenergetic machine-building; first developed the model of forming of information reassures of the system of management of innovation projects in electroenergetic machine-building that allows to support the management decisions, with maximum value of criteria of quality of effectiveness of exploitation (performance); improved model of the system contour of process of project management, for definition methods of projection and matrices of transitions, which can be used for development of database of project, and automation of decision making; improved the structure of information model of electroenergetic machine-building enterprise during realization of innovation projects, which can be used in development of software of integrated system of project management; widespread the using of the method of complex examination for definition of effectiveness of the project on any steps of its realization, that allows to make decision about expediency of realization. Results of investigation were used in project development “Preproduction of driving motors types 1ДТ003.8У1 and 1ДТ003.11.У” for industrial plant “Electrovagmash” in Kharkiv. The branch of use is electroenergetic machine-building.
