Thesis work deals with theoretical-methodical and applied questions of forming of the system of children's making healthier and tourism. In work the notion-terminology vehicle of scientific research of children's making healthier and children's tourism is improved, in particular terms "children's making healthier", "health favour", determination of term is offered "system of children's making healthier and tourism". The scientific-methodical bases of development and functioning of the system of children's making healthier and tourism are developed as an integral system, is carried out and the functional setting of separate elements of the system is certain (subsystems) is structured. Classification of children's healthier establishments is improved through. Suggestions are borne to methodical approaches are improved to estimation of natural-resource potential of regions of Ukraine is carried. The of motivational factors of development of the system of children's making healthier and tourism is improvedthrough addition by its estimation of public necessities in making and rest of children healthier. Suggestions to the project are given to Law of Ukraine "About children's making healthier and rest". The organizational-economic mechanisms of forming and stimulation of development of the system of children's making healthier and tourism are developed. Criteria and system of indexes are developed for determination of efficiency of functioning of the system of children's making healthier and tourism. The organizational structure of management by the system of children's making healthier and tourism is improved
