Essay

Dissertation is dedicated to the theoretical aspects of financial support of the national sustainable development. Significance of quality and natural resources' availability for self-recovery and self-purification in the ecological rent and the natural capital value was analyzed. Main directions of improvement of fiscal policy for support of innovative-investment industrial development were defined and instruments of financial mechanism for nature management were reviewed. The major results of the dissertation have been already brought in the economic practice.
