The thesis for scientific degree of Candidate of Technical Sciences on a speciality 05.23.04 - water supply, the water drain. - the Kharkov state technical university of construction and architecture, Kharkov, 2004. Dissertation is devoted to the decision of pressing question of development and studying of a method use of soluble polymeric reagents on a basis polygexamethylenguanidin (PGMG) for disinfecting of biologically cleared city sewage. Laws of residual PGMG concentration destruction in the water environment are studied. In thesis the such results are obtained: method of disinfecting of biologically cleared city sewage by PGMG-chloride is carried out; the efficiency of biocide action polymeric electrolytes on the general microbial number and Escherichia coli bacteria are determined; dependence of a coli-index on a doze of disinfecting reagent and time of interaction of disinfecting solution with sewage is fixed. The parameters of PGMG-chloride destruction depending on time of a reagent presencein a water solution are determined; End-products of hydrolysis and biochemical oxidation of PGMG-chloride are ammonium, carbonic gas, molecular nitrogen and nitrogen protoxide which are harmless for natural water objects coenosises; whether the offered methods PGMG-chloride concentration decrease in the sewage processed by a reagent filtering in biological ponds. PGMG-chloride and PGMG-phosphate are tested as reagents for disinfecting of biologically cleared sewage on sewer cleaning constructions of Svetlovodsk of the Kirovograd area
