Misharina Z. Somatic and genetic effects at children in the remote terms after an intra-uterine irradiation owing to Chernobil accident.

On the basis of an estimation of health, were defined phenotipical and cytogenetical features depending on type, doze of an irradiation and gestacionic age of a fetus on the moment of the ionising radiation factor affect was determined, that irradiation of a child in period of intra-uterine development causes more frequent occurrence of the chronical somatical pathology, thus the lowest level of health was marked at children with plural small malformations. It is proved, that affect on a fetus of medical and biological risk factors in a combination with ionising radiation during development of organizm promote more frequent than in the control group of plural small malformations of development. It is showed, that the chromosome abberations' quantity at chidren are higher than the control group. It is certain presence of real correlation conections between the health, phenotipical and cytogenetical child's features, the doze of irradiation and age of the fetus on the moment of the radiation factor affect. It is offered universal protocol of an estimation of a phenotype, the program of selective screening for optimization of formation of groups of risk among intra-uterine irradiated children and the scheme of clinic supervision over this contingent is advanced.
