Object of research: aggregate of socio-economic relations at the national labour-market. Purpose of research: further development of theoretical-methodological bases of research of national labour-market and its transformation in modern conditions. Methods of research: dialectical method; analysis and synthesis; classification-analytical method; sta-tistical and analytical methods. Results: the concep-tion of national labour-market is offered on the basis of analysis of approaches to the definition of labour-market. Basic elements in the structure of labour force are exposed. The necessity of construction of a new model of labour-market, which takes into ac-count the factors of reproduction, employment, stan-dard of living of population, is grounded. The infra-structure of labour-market is considered, the neces-sity of application of new methodological ap-proaches for its analysis is proved. Distinctions be-tween categories "infrastructure of labour-market" and "organizational infrastructure" are exposed. The institutional mechanism of national labour-market forming is developed. New approaches to forming of integral marketing strategy of labour-market devel-opment are offered. Author conclude that marketing methodology must be based on positions of demand and supply, research of situation at the labour-market, that will allow to co-ordinate necessities in educational services with the requirements of labour-market. Methodological approaches to the determi-nation of factors of labour-market forming are ex-plored. Novelty: conception of national labour-market as a multidimensional economic category which includes the process of motion of labour force is first developed; co-operation of scientific and technical perfection of production with professional and cultural level of workers is exposed; the institu-tional mechanism of labour-market forming which joins market and state regulation is grounded. The ways of qualitative transformation of educational services market on the base of development of its functions in context of Bolon process are exposed. The methodological bases of definition of national labour-market forming factors are improved (global-ization, investments and innovations are new fac-tors). Definition of features of intercommunication of innovative-investment activity and creative poten-tial of worker, ground of necessity to develop new approaches to forming of integral marketing strategy of labour-market development are evolved.
