Shytskyi I. Legal status of local economic courts in Ukraine: formation and evolution.

Thesis is concerned with complex research of legal status of local economic courts within historical evolution and defining prospects of its further development. It is for the first time when legal status of local economic court is examined on the level of monograph and considered as juridical entity of public law. Specificity of status is stipulated with the fact that local economic court has dual character: on the one hand, it is the state organ, public organization and appears in legal relationship when its authoritative competences are realized, which reflected in its right to pass acts of iaw using, as well as in the possibility to provide their employment and observing by material, coercive and organizational means; and from the other hand - it is juridical entity of public law that enters into civil and other juridical relationship. Analyses content of legal status, special legal personality of economic court and issues of organization of local economic court's activity. On the grounds of made analysis it presents proposals on ongoing development of legislation in this sphere.
