Object of research: environmental-economic costs in the production and consumption processes. Aim of research: justification and development of scientific-research principles of estimation of the ecological imperatives' effect on the level of social production. Methods of research: system-structural, formally-logical analysis and economic-statistical. Theoretical and practical results and novelty: justification of theoretical and methodic principles, which in value terms define the level of ecological imperatives' effect on the level of social production. Subject and level of integration: approaches to justification of decisions on selection of the most effective environmental enhancement measures, which can be fulfilled within least terms . Recommendations are given. Sphere (sector) of using: control system by the complex of nature protections measures at state and regional levels.
