Object of the study - non-severe community-acquired pneumonia in patients without requirements to hospitalization (CAP-WRH); object - development of optimal approach to diagnostics, treatment CAP-WRH in accordance of pharmacoeconomics aspects; methods - clinical, X-ray, microbiological, laboratory, pharmacoeconomics, medical statistic; newness - spectrum of CAP-WRH pathogens and their resistance to antibiotics were study, but there is not influence on treatment efficacy; pharmacoeconomics analysis allow to determine optimal schemes of treatment with antibiotics; results - irrationality of CAP-WRH pathogens detection was established; on the stage of choice of treatment by per-oral antibiotic in cases of CAP-WRH without concomitant disease and other modification factors we recommend to using: amoxicillin or midecamycin and with this factors - amoxicillin/clavulanic acid; field of application - medicine.
