Rybachik N. Territorial Arrangements for Ukraine's Teleinformatics Complex.

The thesis is devoted to development and scientific substantiation of conceptual approaches to public-geographical studies of the Ukrainian teleinformatics complex (TIC) and formation of an organizational territorial mechanism for its regulation and to theoretical/methodological scientific groundwork to be laid for public-geographical studies of the Ukrainan teleinformatics complex and formation of an organizational territorial mechanism to improve efficiency of TIC operation by setting up a territorially focused management system. Indicators of TIC formation and operation in Ukraine have been analyzed, territorial regularities and peculiarities in TIC development have been identified, and an analysis has been conducted to clear up an extent to which TIC facilities are available regionally. Prospects for and problems in the development of the teleinformatics area have been defined. Recommendations have been developed for improvements in TIC management.
