Dissertation concerns the development and investigation of magnesium-containing preparations in form of syrup and composite solution.For the first time the composition of such drugs is theoretically and experimentally grounded, optimum concentration of magnesium chlo-ride and pyridoxine hydrochloride is chosen, production technology is pro-posed and standardization is carried out.Worked out magnesium-containing drugs are characterized with stability of physicochemical, technological, biopharmaceutical properties during long-term (24 months) storage.
