Krasnyans'ka T. Scientific substantiation of organizational and methodological maintenance of efficient activity of the personnel of pharmaceutical enterprises.

Society development level both in historic aspect and in a current period was and remains dependent on economic and political regime of scientific world outlook, defining developmental perspective of the country including pharmacy as well. National pharmacy evaluative changes have had influence on the condition, development of pharmacy branch, staff's training, advanced training, retraining, certification and their efficient activity. Doctor and pharmacist's duties differentiation has determined the fate of occupation and specialty - pharmacy. In 1728, the first pharmacy in Kyiv was founded. At the beginning of XIX century (1810), three pharmaceutical titles were defined: hezel, pharmaceutical chemist, pharmacist. In 1845, the degree of Master of pharmacy instead of pharmaceutist was introduced. During ex-Soviet Union period, the degree of Master was forgotten.
