Chava E. The formalized system of chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases sanatorium treatment efficiency estimation

Research subjects: 440 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases (COPD). Research objectives: to develop the formalized system of sanatorium treatment (ST) of patients with COPD efficiency estimation. Methods: ordering and formalization of forecasting concepts, logic and mathematical methods of models construction, common medical investigation methods for the lung diseases patients, mathematical methods. Theoretical and practical results: the system of research indexes for the estimation of patients with COPD ST efficiency is formed, the original rules of qualitative and quantitative values of research indexes formalization, system of ST efficiency categories, are offered, (6 gradations). An algorithm and mathematical models of decision-making about of patients with COPD ST efficiency is developed. The module of formalized estimation of ST results efficiency for patients with COPD is developed within the framework of the medical informative system which automatizes the indicated procedure. Novelty: it is first suggested to carry out the estimation of ST efficiency by the analysis of intercommunications of research indexes dynamics, comparing the state of patients with COPD attained after treatment to the good clinico-functional state of the same patients. The mathematical models of decision-making are about efficiency of patients with COPD ST are developed for the first time. Implementation: articles, theses, methodical recommendations . Effect: increase of efficiency ST estimation objectivity up to 11.5%. Sphere, sector of implementation: medicine.
