Object - chronic obstructive lung diseases (COLD). Purpose - increasing of efficiency of treatment by adding omega-3 polynonsaturated fatty acids in complex therapy. Methods - clinical, biochemical, immunological, bacteriological, physical and chemical, tool, statistical. Novelty - positive influence of omega-3 polynonsaturated fatty acids on course of endobronhitis, parameters of hemogram, structure of pulmonary surfactant, рН in selective points of trachea and bronchial tree, immunological parameters in bronchial-alveolar secretion, diagnostic parameters, criteria of efficiency of treatment were confirmed. Results - efficiency of treatment of patients with COLD by additing omega-3 polynonsaturated fatty acids in complex therapy for correction of infringements of not specific reactance of bronchial tubes is proved, the patents for the invention was obtained. The methodical guidelines were applied in medical practice and educational process of medical high schools. Area of application - pulmonology.
