Essay

The object of the investigation: Newcastle disease. The aim of the investigation: The monitoring realization of Newcastle disease epizootic situation in Ukraine, isolation and molecular-biological properties investigation of field ND virus strains, which have been circulating in Ukraine, ND diagnostics improving. The methods of investigation: standard epizootological, pathanatomical, serological, virological methods, biological tests, molecular-genetics diagnostics and electronic microscopy methods, experimental, biochemistry methodic, statistical methods. Devices: centrifuge, thermostat, weighing instrument, freezing camera, spectrophotometer, ovoscope, amplifier, electrophoresis instrument. Theoretical results: the nucleotides sequencings of gene F0 site of NDV isolates, which isolated from birds in Ukraine, were determined, the differentiation of genetic gropes of ND virus strains was carried out, the databank of nucleotide and corresponding aminoacide sequencings of variable ND virus gene F0 site was creation, the intracerebral and intravenous pathogenicity indexes, mean deaths time of upcoming chicken embryos were determined. The analysis of nucleotides sequencings of gene F0 site of NDV isolates, which were examination, has revealed theirs common origin with isolates, which have been circulated in Primorsk region of Russia and South-Vest of Asia. Practical results: the method of intracerebral pathogenicity index of Newcastle disease virus isolates by using 14-day old quails and the differentiation method of lentogenic Newcastle disease virus strains by using upcoming chicken embryos were developed. The project of "Manual for Diagnostic Newcastle disease" was developed. The novelty of the work: the novelty was confirmed the 2 patents on invention. Introduction degree.
