Essay

The dissertation is devoted to investigation of age features of osteogenesis under influence of large gravitational overload. Fixed, that the influence of hypergravitation to produce the structural and morphological changes in long tube bones of animals of all age groups. The degree and orientation of these changes depends on age of the animal, duration of influence of the factor and also from the conditions of the experiment. The utilization of the method of physical protection are leveling the effect of hypergravitation, that is shown by the retardation of the growth processes, normalization of histostructure, rising of a mineralization of bones and the characteristics of their fastened enrichment.
