Essay

The thesis is devoted to decision of an urgent task of intensification of drainage system from sludge bed and increase of their productivity at dehydration of municipal sewage sludge. Such results are received in the work: the technology of dehydration of sludge at sludge bed with the help of sucking-force effect plant is developed; the experimental dependences of change of discharge of a vacuum drainage line and size of vacuum in sucking-force collector from time and liquid volume, extracting by one sucking-force line, that has allowed to define the size of drainage from all sludge bed at joint job with means are received, mathematical model is proved and technique of account of process of dehydration of sludge at sludge bed having the various equipment: horizontal and vertical drainage, sucking-force plant are developed; the value of permeability coefficient of sunken sludge is determined; the specific power-consuming of the equipment used for intensification of dehydration of sludge at sludge bed isdetermined. The basic results of work and technical decisions are incalcated at Complex of biological purification "Bezludovskiy" of Kharkov-city.
