Object is histiry of development of German-speaking community of the south of Ukraine 1905-1914. The aim is to determine characteristic peculiarities of social and political, cultural and educational activities of German and Mennonite colonists of the south of Ukraine. Methods are problematic-chronological, genetic-historical, comparative. It was revealed political bias and main demands of German and Mennonites in the period of Russian Parlament elections on the territory of German-speaking colonies. It was clarified that Lutheran, Catholic and Mennonite societies had certain peculiaritues in the ways of achieving the same aims for them-to rise spiritual, cultural and educational level of the colonies. The sphere of use is the training course.
