Object of research: enterprise activity planning processes. Purpose of research: increasing of enterprise function by means rational projects portfolio forming. Models and methods of system approach, strategical and financing management, network planning, probability theory, mathematical statistics and simulations are applied. Method of new technique creation projects portfolio forming on the base of enterprise activity is received for the first time, it complex consider enterprise state, resource and financial support, risks. Projects selection taking into account enterprise activity strategically orientation models; financial streams control taking into account financial dynamics and projects complex realization models; project realization processes on enterprise taking into account its activity strategy control decision making support computer system are developed.
