Lytvyn A. Library- informative providing of users with the defects of sight in Ukraine (XX century)

In dissertation first in a historical context the process of becoming and development of the library-informative providing of users with the defects of sight in Ukraine has been complex considered, the archived and printing scientific materials have been studied and analysed on explored issue. Socially historical pre-conditions and features of forming of network of the specialized libraries for the blinds have been explored by the author of dissertation, and the basic stages of development of the library-informative providing of people with the defects of sight have been defined and analysed, the specific of their service has been found out, perspective progress trends by generalization of domestic and foreign experience has been determined and own conception of organization of library business for the blinds in Ukraine has been developed.
