Essay

The dissertation deals with insufficiently researched in historiography problem of becoming and operation of the system of the state's obligations of rural population of Ukrainian SSR (1928-1933). The composition of dissertation consist of three chapters and deals with next problems: becoming of the system of administrative and forcible system of state's obligations, realization of state's plans of bread provision by peasant and collective farms, imposition of different kind of fines such as in kind fines and "hard task" of product obligation.
