Essay

On the vast material the author investigates the process of the social-political and cultural development of the national minorities of the Right-bank Ukraine in the 20s of the XXth century. It has been studied the dynamics of numerical strength, specific gravity of the Jews, Poles and Germans, the process of establishment of the national administrative-territorial units and highlighted the main tendecies, content, forms and ways of national state construction. Besides, the author has analysed the role of the jews, Poles and Cermans in different national civil organisations and parties.
