Bystra M. The educational system in Donbass during the Great Patriotic war

The dissertation is devoted to a complex research of Donbass' educational system in different periods of the Great Patriotic War. The comparative analysis of the Soviet and Fascist totalitarian regimes in the educational sphere of the region has been carried out on a wide source base. The role of educational system different links in politics of two countries as well as ideological influence on civil population in this region has been identified. The regional peculiarities of the educational process in Donbass caused by strategic significance and changes in military and political situation have been analyzed. The main factors determining the character of the educational process in the region have been studied. The special attention to the human (people) factor role in work organization of all the levels' educational institutions in conditions of the war has been paid. The problem of the educational system reconstruction in Donbass during the Reconstruction period has been analysed. Main causes of highextent adaptation of the Soviet educational system to economical and political needs of the USSR in conditions of the war have been determined.
