Nadimyanova T. Enlightenment Activities of the Transcarpathians Enlightenment Champions in the 19 th. Century

The dissertation research is devoted to the study of the pedagogical and enlightenment activities of the Transcarpathian enlighteners in the 19 th. century. Methodological, theoretical as well as practical aspects of this problem have been investigated. Socio-historical prerequisites of the formation of the Enlightenment movement in Transcarpathian in the 19 th. century have been substantiated. The principal accent has been laid on the evaluation of the enlighteners' pedagogical legacy and the contents of their enlightenment activities have been analyzed. The periodization of the Enlightenment movement in Transcarpathia has been made on the basis of the analysis of the socio-historical prerequisites and the revealed tendencies of the development of this movement. The perspective ways of using the experience of the Transcarpathian enlighteners in modern pedagogical sciences and practice have been outlined and substantiated.
