3. Thesis is aimed at increase in effectiveness of road vehicle certification body activity by means of development and implementation of process approach methods for service quality management system resulting in improvement of output indices. The process models of quality management in road vehicle certification body, as well as the technique for quality system evaluation and methodology for quality management in road vehicle certification project have been developed. The above methodology covers the following: planning, quality process control, process interrelation and aimed at improvement of project management methods. Organizational and structural scheme for certification project management in road vehicle certification body has been developed.
