Processes of making and acceptance of optimum organizational-technical decisions at complex projects realization Perfection of existing and elaboration of new methods of estimation and analysis of efficiency while realization complex projects taking into account uncertainty and risk. Investigation methods are methods of optimum and stream programming, network modeling, determined and stochastic modeling, imitation modeling. Conception of solving of the problem of realization of complex projects to due date taking into account investing processes and profit receiving from delivery of stages was worked out. Development research of duality in problems of optimal programming is presented. The method of complex project management is developed taking into account limitations and organizational-technical reliability of final result.
