Essay

As a result of the thesis the techniques of toxic elements determi-nation methods in a sugar-beet, beet pulp and molasses were devel-oped. The ecological situation is analysed and the evaluation of a level of contamination of raw materials zones of sugar plants of the Kiev area by toxic elements is given. It is determined that toxic ele-ments are accumulated in a residue in redundant quantities. It was developed the method of the external control of measurement results accuracy of sugar safety parameters by a method of interlaboratory comparisons of measurement results. The introduction of this method in measuring laboratories practice of Ukraine has appeared very effective.
