Dissertation is devoted to the question of improvement of process interaction railway spur gauges of enterprises branch lines and connection stations on the base of transparent unique technological process. Relevant datum of problems of process interaction railway spurs gauges and main railway transports have been analyzed and it was discovered that they answered to the present demands of transportation not completely. Transfer to the new economical relations need to revise some old methods of transport process directions. Mathematical models of interaction railway spur gauges of enterprises branch lines and connection stations on the base of transparent unique technological process have been worked. Methods of time normalization of the wagons stay on enterprises and optimization of technical equipment were offered.
