Gerilovich I. Toxico-ecological characteristic of omite (propargite).

The object of researches - Toxico-ecological omite properties. The purpose - to study toxic omite properties and its persistence character in some environmental objects. Methods of researches - toxicological, analytic chemical, cytological, clinical, pathological, hematological, biochemical and statistical. Theoretical and practical results: The omite chromatography properties were studied. The gas-liquid and thing-layer chromatography methods of pesticide residues determination were developed for animal products (milk, eggs, meat and fat). Cytotoxical and mythogenic effects of pesticide were investigated in experiments on continuous cell lines. The pesticide distribution character was studied in mammals and birds organism. The stimulation effect of omite on lipid peroxidation was observed. It was determined, that the preparation has high irritation and resorption effect. Omite residues monitoring showed, that the pesticide storage in the environmental objects during 14 weeks after treatment. The half-reduction period of omite was cribbed with first order kinetic model. Novelty: The new method of omite residues detection was developed for animal products (meat, milk, fat and eggs) by gas-liquid and thing-layer chromatography, which is harmonized with ISO 17025 and ЕС 657/2002. Degree of implantation: Omite (Propargite) residues determination methodic for animal products was validated in Central vetmedicine laboratory and approved by State department of veterinary medicine of Agricultural policy ministry of Ukraine (N 53, 30th June, 2005).
