Dobrovolskaya V. History of women's education in the South of Ukraine (1901 - 1910 years)

A process of settling and development of women's education in the South of Ukraine in the beginning of XX century. The task of the research work is to investigate a set of historical backgrounds of forming the women's education, to make clear a structure of primary, secondary, professional, high schools in the South of Ukraine in the beginning of XX century, to discover the content of the education, investments of these schools, to reveal the problems and achievements of the process of women's education development. The methods of investigation are the following: historical-genetic, problematical-chronological, historical-comparative, historical-typological, synchronous, staging-regional, as well as the methods of mathematical statistics, and history of genders. In the following work the influence of a social-economical and social-political development on the appearing and development of the women's educational schools system in the South of Ukraine are revealed. The role of the government, society, private persons, the local government in the organizing and activity of the mentioned schools is made clear. The organizational and educational structure of national schools as well as their role in the educational system is revealed.
