Essay

Research is devoted to studying structural functional features of the gastric mucosa, the bone marrow and the peripheral blood after gastric resection complicated with deficiency anemia. With the help of complex and modern methods of morphological investigation, morphological changes in the gastric mucosa of resected stomach at the subcellular level in hypoxic conditions were studied. Ultrastructural features of gastric mucosa cells were established. Quantitative and qualitative features of bone marrow and peripheral blood after gastric resection were defined. New data regarding correction of parameters of bone marrow and peripheral blood in deficiency anemias were found.
