Object of the study - combination pathology: chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) or bronchial asthma (BA) and obstructive sleep apnea syndrome (OSAS); aim of study: to determine the particularities of the clinical-functional characteristics of combined pathology: COPD or BA and OSAS; methods - clinical, clinical-functional, medical statistic; newness - OSAS worsed the expression of daytime respiratory muscle function in patients with moderate-severe COPD. Decreased nocturnal saturation weakened the respiratory muscle strength in patients with COPD. Nasal obstruction is a risk factor for sleep apnea syndrome in patients with COPD and BA; results - OSAS worsed the clinical-functional condition in patients with combination pathology: COPD or BA and OSAS; worsed the expression of daytime respiratory muscle function in patients with moderate-severe COPD.The weakeaning of respiratory muscle strength aggravated the dyspnea and physical exercise tolerance in patients with COPD; field of application -medicine.
